Business Woman of the Year, 2007

Denise being awarded the Galway Business Woman of the Year, sponsored by Galway County and City Enterprise Board. There were eight finalists and after site inspections and interviews, Denise was chosen as the overall winner.

The recent rise in Blakes chocolate distribution throughout the UK is one reason for the award, as was the tripling of sales in the first quarter of her second year in business.

Fair Trade Launch
